Chocolate Coating Machine

You can position the top coating unit both horizontally and vertically to achieve a perfect coating process. You can coat all, half or only the bottom and edges of your product. It is designed for perfect coating over the entire belt width with calibrated blowing fan, base stripping shafts, precise top and bottom coating units. The lower coating unit is water-walled and circulates precisely tempered water. The blowing fan is equipped with a speed controller, heater and cooler unit and can be adjusted as desired regardless of the outside temperature. The special mixer of the chocolate bowl is surface refreshing and ensures that your chocolate always remains the same. The laser sensor adjusts the chocolate level precisely. There is an additional chocolate pump for cleaning or for discharging tempered chocolate. During its design, all surfaces that may cause contamination have been minimized to ensure optimum hygiene conditions. The deburring unit not only works very effectively with its slim design, but can also be dismantled in minutes.
